Niki's Wisdom

I will be including the following in the back pages of World's Apart:

A wise man once said, “I love lamp.” With that knowledge, I have included some back of book content so that we might all strive for such wisdom.

Wisdom #2: Support, support, support! This book wasn’t auto-generated. I worked very hard on it. Other authors do the same. We cannot continue what we do without your help. If you liked this book, please leave a review or recommend it to others. We do it because we love to; however, it would be nice to make enough to at least buy a sandwich with our months/years of work.

Wisdom #1: Jesus!

Wisdom #3: Send a message to the author about the book! If you liked it, share it with them! We love it!!!

Wisdom #4: Work hard for what you want. If you accept too much charity or too many easy ways out, then that’s what you will be known as. Worse than that, being called a Lazy Charity Case, is that when you must work hard, you might not be able to. We don’t know what life will throw our way, so it's best to be prepared. My husband and I work very hard for what we have (Landscaping, residential contracting, hauling out abandoned homes; to name a few).

Wisdom #5: Treat others how you would like to be treated. I know we have all heard this before. If not, shame on your parents! Let’s work on the application of this principle. If you lie, expect to be lied to. If you steal, expect to be stolen from. If you help, expect to be helped. If you care for others, others will care for you. It's very simple.

Wisdom #6: Change is hard. If it were easy, we would already be doing it. We need help to do it right. If we didn’t, we would already be doing it. If you surround yourself with people you want to be like, you will be like them. If you surround yourself with people like you, you will never change.

If you don’t have anyone in your life you can trust, find someone who loves Jesus! We always love to help others! Just don’t confuse help with enable. Big misconception of unbelievers is that all Christians are stupid. We love you enough to tell you no when you need to hear it.

*Note: Just because someone claims to love Jesus, doesn’t mean they really do. If you find someone like this, tell them to go read Matthew 7:21-27.

Wisdom #7: Love. Love others. Truly love them. It's hard sometimes, and confusing always. But when you get it, you’ll know. Don’t be shady. If you’ve stolen, don’t steal again. If you’ve lied, don’t lie anymore. If you hate an enemy, remember the worst thing you can do to them is to love them. Don’t think only about yourself. Let those who love you do it for you. Make sure there is enough about you to love because even God detests sin.
